Guidelines for Making a Submission to the Bulletin Board
In order to make a submission to the Homeowner Bulletin Board listing, please follow the intructions below. Submissions can be made to the following categories:
To List an Ipswich Club Home for SaleThe Homeowner must submit the following information for the posting request to be considered for the ICC Homeowner's Bulletin Board. |

| Street Address: | # street address |
| Short Description: | No more than 4 lines of text which may be edited to fit. |
| Photographs: | You may include up to 2 photographs which can be displayed on the web site. Please attach the photos to your email in .jpeg format. They will be edited as necessary to fit the Bulletin Board format. |
| List Price: | List price for the home |
| Contact Person: | Name and phone number of homeowner or broker information if primary contact is not the homeowner. |

To List a Property for RentThe Homeowner must submit the following information for the posting request to be considered for the ICC Homeowner's Bulletin Board. |

| Short Description: | No more than 4 lines of text which may be edited to fit. |
| Photographs: | You may include up to 2 photographs which can be displayed on the web site. Please attach the photos to your email in .jpeg format. They will be edited as necessary to fit the Bulletin Board format. |
| List Price: | Availablity, other terms, $/period |
| Contact Person: | Name and phone number of homeowner or broker information if primary contact is not the homeowner. |
